School for witchcraft

Just curious, would anyone start an academy for witchcraft and wiccans? I would and start it in Salem Massachusetts, I've thought about starting one in New Orleans but recalling hurricanes seasons such as Catrina, I've thought better of it, and start it the home of witchcraft.
