start with basic meditaion about 5 to 10 mins aday , build up a safe place in ur mind where u can create ur own privert space , as if ur gonna develope ur gonna need a safe place to allow spirits to enter.
theres 3 levels psychic abilities we normally class them as clairs for short , but the key to any psychic work is meditaion as this allows u to connect to other planes
dailey med will open ur 3rd when u develope ur safe place in ur mind think of a waterfall or a woods and build up a mental pic of how u wont it to be ,try and visit ur safe place dailey and u should see some results like things moving try and draw ur atention to this , also u may start to hear the odd voice or feel tha ur not alone
