Herbalife, don't sweat the issues. It takes time and practice. Some people attempt astral projection for years, with no success, while some people seem to have very quick results.

As for the energy work, I'm not sure what you mean by not being able to use it sometimes. Would you care to elaborate?

Well forget about energy problem. In astral travel when you get out something like feminie scream hearing is normal? I found out that sometimes my body gets locked and i feel strong vibrations. By the way my father had those things too when i was 15 or so i didnt know astral travel and only tought it was some evil being. And now i can control it but shall i do it?

Sleep paralysis happens sometimes. The female screaming, I don't know what to make of that. And If you chose to do it, that is up to you.

The 'female screaming' sounds possibly like Exploding Head Syndrome. Some people, when they are in a relaxed state, start hearing things -- yes, they are hallucinations, but they are closer to waking dreams, but audio only. Exploding Head Syndrome is often experienced as loud random noises, often bangs or booms (hence the name), or commonly as a voice speaking the name of the person experiencing the phenomenon. That said, it is also often expressed as hearing random things, such as voices, words, and even screams.
