You can use different methods. Ask for a knock, but first showing it how to do it. If you have a tape recorder you can use it to ask questions and then turn up the volume on a play back.

Ask if it can talk to you....if it can give you a sign by knocking...and then...........knock? Do the old one knock for no two for yes.

ok,i did it. and i turned off me lights and when i was walking to sit down,something in me bathroom fell over and made a loud noise.

at first nothing worked,then i tryed again and it knocked twice,but that was in the room above me. is it possible that the ghost doesnt want to cooperate and is resisting me?

You need to understand first that sometimes a ghost needs to gather energy to do anything. It may take time for it to respond. And yes, they can be as fickle as anyone else. They can play, run, mess with you and anything else.

I always find it best to address them with respect until they show otherwise. You dont know who they are, what time they are from, ect.

Just keep talking....Keep something electrical on so it can gather energy and keep on truckin basically. When youve earned its trust, it might be more willing to comminucate.

It CAN write...but it takes a whole lot for it to be able to. I rely on my psychic abilities to communicate with ghosts, but I also take a scientific approach. A spirit needs energy to do things.
