I suggest a protection spell or binding spell to send him away from you or to stop him bothering you...there are many on the site, and I am happy with most of them
with the curse, he probably won't have a clue it is you, he may think he is just sick from bad food or something...not really a satisfaction, eh?
If everything else fails, go to the police...

Considering your situation,if he just refuses to stop.A base ball bat,or a crow bar from behind will teach him some respect...He has to turn his back at some point,lol
