I simply give a very hard test to would-be council members and allow our lessons to be posts that my coven members make on stuff they know.

it makes PW feel very eclectic and homey.

personally i dont care if they log in once a month or 4 times a day.

but i ask that they post in our coven forums or somewhere in the site forums at least every other time they log in.

Artemes I have the same problem with my own coven, Throne Of Isis.
Lack of questions or even forum activity, its becoming very frustrating which is leaving me quite gutted signing in every single day to see that its only been myself putting in the hard work.

i agree my covens activity is minimal too, i think people only join covens because they feel part of a family then feel that they dont need to do anything!

hmm i think they only join because they think its "cool" there are very few people whom actually give a crap about what the coven is about like my Priest Bane....Sure he hasnt been in long but he has shown more heart and given him self into the coven more than the people whom have been with me since day 1.

My new priest is showing to be very promising. I appreciate the help now. And another priest from a different coven offered to come and help shape up my coven aswell.

Heh...... I think some of us, who are running those dead covens with no participation should go on a vacation and leave one of our higher council members in charge. Of course not completely leave, but just check in every now and then to make sure it hasn't gone into chaos.
