As far as a term like "create" is involved, i'd say no. However, manipulation of existing weapons to enhance their properties i'd aggree with. For instance... A spell or charm over your rifle before a range period to increase accuracy or consistency would probably be useful. It helped with my shoots anyway.
So perhaps 'Enhancement' rather than 'Creation' would be more viable.
*facepalms* Of course you know they are there. It is the vibrations of the energy that you feel I think. However, explain when this causes a ***physical*** weapon to poof into your lap.
There is a big difference between casting spells and poofing stuff out of nowhere or teleporting it. These last two are currently ***impossible***. I have explained why teleportation is currently impossibly elsewhere and for this reason is poofing stuff as well. Everything comes from something else. Things just don't poof into existence like tv tells us it does.
It really depends on what you believe... I honestly have had physical connections with things like that... I don't mean to be mean or rude but I can't agree with anyone who says something is impossible....
I said "currently". Never said it would always be impossible, but right now...it really is. And now, for the copy and paste of my reasoning behind why teleportation is currently impossible. This is basically the same idea as poofing something into existence, however, you would put it together out of molecules in the air.
In order to *truely* teleport (and no, I do not mean move really, really fast, I mean *teleport*) on this plane, you'd have to deconstruct the body, move the molecules and such into another place, *without* losing any of the molecules, and reconstruct it. To do this individually somehow you'd have to hang onto the idea of what you are while in molecule form. For someone else to do it to you or yourself, it would require knowing *exactly* where each and every molecule went and putting them all back into correct order. The human body is very complex, this is partially why it is impossible to teleport. Thus far we have yet to discover everything there is to discover about the human body. Until we do this will remain impossible for us. The next statement of why we cannot do it to less complex things like plastics and such is because A) the average person doesn't know what makes up any object (the molecules contained within it that make it appear solid)and B) we don't have the energy requirements necessary to break those bonds at a molecular level to literally cause the object to cease to exist as we know it.
