Last post I did, I described the basic healing color/solar spectrum.
The sloar spectrum is made up of 3 colors. REd, YEllow, Blue. From that you get orange, green, purple, and from mixing neutral colors, black, white, brown, you can create multiple hues.
Colors aree linked with planets, zodiac signs, and the elements.
Yellow: Air
Red: Fire
Blue: Water
Green: Earth
(obviously)
NOTE: SOme people say that some signs may have more than one, color, but i am only putting the one i know best, and the ones i use(basic).
Zodiac signs:
Aries: Red
Taurus: Green
Gemini: Orange
Cancer: Silver
Leo: Gold
Virgo: Brown
Libra: Pink
Scorpio: Dark Red
Sagittarius: Indigo
Capricorn: Black
Aquarius: Purple
Pisces: Blue
Planetary colors:
Sun: Leo Gold/Yellow
Moon: Cancer silver/violet
Mars: Aries Red
Venus: Taurus/Libra Green
Mercury: Gemini/Virgo Orange
Jupiter: Sagittarius Indigo
Saturn: Capricorn black
Neptune: Pisces Blue
Uranus: Aquarius
Pluto( still considered part of the solar spectrum, despite conspiracy): Scorpio Dark Red
Colors can be represented with sachet bags for protection, and luck, healing, etc. to invoke elemental/planetary sprits.Sachets can be filled with herbs, stones, or amulets of your chouice, that correspond with the color. Most of the time, you want to use the color of your birth sign, when invoking spirits for s specific thing. Ex: VEnus for love, Green.
You must have a little basic knowledge of planets, to be using the sloar spectrum.
You can also use color healing through clothing, or cloth. Which is the most common way to use chromotherapy. Placing a correctly matched colored piece of cloth to the affected area can help a person relax, and/or feel better. While some ppl like to wear, certain colors, this is said to affect not only the health of the person, but the aura and mood. By wearing Blue, you may feel relaxed and tranquil.
You make drink juices or liquids of certain colors linked to the illness they are supposed to heal. The liquid is poured in a bowl or bottle the same colorand places in the windowsill or outside, during the moon, or sun, to me charged.
*Note: I do this either in the Waxing moon, or the full moon.
Colored bottles are used to hold a juice of some sort of a philter.
This information was founded from ''Book of Shadows'' By Migene Wippler( I used it as a reference point) And my own knowledge.
Chromotherapy has been around for a great deal of time. It was roughly 2000bc when we first start seeing the documentation of it, by the Egyptians. The following link discusses it from a scientific point of view.

Since I'm an avid gardener, I've done experiments on plants using different colors of lights. I found that warmer colors increase plant growth, but the plants were not as strong. The flowers, leaves, or fruit never seemed to really meet their full potential either.
The cooler lighting decreased the speed of growth, but the leaves, flowers and fruit were of higher quality.
The plants exposed to pure white light seemed to do the best.
this is a very interesting post i myself wear black mostly,i think it is a comfort zone

Nice post Willow hun :) I also wear black a lot, i do believe colour helps ..as in subtle body healing with crystals the background colour one lies on makes a difference to how the healing goes.
Blessings.

Green. Typically a light or bright shade of green. It sets the mood of excitement and it can be linked with Mother Earth.ALso, green is a stimulating color(said to generate good ideas) and as set for a very all purpose color.
Hope i helped,
Will
