A problem with Visualizat

Well I do day dream but up to the level when I stop hearing things. I never had any images or smell or taste . I just think about it. That is all I get just the thoughts.

Just the thoughts! Dude, that's a good start. Don't trash this. Keep it up. Little by little, step by step. You will improve. You need to believe this.
Why? Because all subjects that we are meant to learn are like that. School, trade school, technical school, Military Basic Training, Military Technical School, College, University any type of instruction, lecture, training are based on these principles. Step by step. Start with the basics, and steadily improve.

I saw a cartoon about 15 years ago and it was about two buzzards on a tree, waiting for an injured animal to die, so they can fly over and eat the carcass. One Buzzard after awhile, stated in frustration, Wait s--t! I'm gonna fly over there and kill something!

does visualization must do during meditation? Im new,any other medthod of related topic?

Try simply sitting with your eyes closed.. watch your breath for a while to calm yourself.. now everything/anything that comes to your mind, think about it briefly, then let it fade back into breathing. Again hold one thought/image for a few seconds, then let it go. Eventually you will be able to hold your mind steady on one thing for as long as you want. A doorknob is an excellent starter image, It's likely your mind can easily recall/visualize something you come in contact with on a daily basis.. Don't give up!
