why do i feel things?

i see things aswell they are hallucinations,are you on any druggs or medication.

I always feel that too! I don't speak about it though because I made a mistake of doing that before and I got ridiculed for it. I always feel a prickling at the back of my neck like someone's watching me. Whenever I'm in the dark, I always have to run to the light because I feel as if someone is going to chase me... I know it's not just my imagination...

It could be a spirit... But usually the spirits and ghosts can not see the alive ones... If hey see them is for a reason... But lets not take it so far.... Maybe its your energy

abcdeeznuts: there could be several explanations although you may not realize it everyone has the potential to be psychic and if your mind is telling you its people it could be someone trying to get your attention.

if you see shadows or any "glimpse" of a person then more then likely your third eye is open and you notice spiritual beings which means that they see you as well and when that happens the spirits get excited like children at christmas they try to get your attention all the time because they know that you see them .

@Wizard : No im not on drugs or taking medication I just hear and feel and sometimes I might see some things that is hard to believe and hard to tell anyone.
@Dreamernow: I agree I told some few people and they just joked around and laughed about it and at night I feel hands touching me and I feel as if someones watching me and Im terrified and scared of the dark now.

I don't know if I'm physic but sometimes when im in my room some random people would just pop up for like seconds and than they would disappear and I thought i was just visualizing it because I never had the ability to see ghost since now. And what I'm feeling at night I feel like it's something bad because whenever I'm laying down on my bed I feel dizzy and have a headache I don't what that is thou.

The internet is full of useless information when searching on google. I searched for a good ten minutes before finding this "ok" article.

You need to learn to shield and it should solve the "touching". Next you want to learn to clear your home, but if you don't practice magick, telling you that is no good. Pick up a good book on "Psychic Defense".

well abcdeeznuts most people are not aware of their gifts everyone has the ability to see spirits and the dizzy feeling with headaches i've gotten something similar to it the room would spin out of control and i would get a headache afterwards i would say that is something for a doctor to be concerned about. possible equilibrium out of balance there.
