I agree with Stoney that you should try breathing techniques but also mix thyme and lime blossom tea, it will calm your nerves and soul...it tastes like heaven ;)

we all have stress in our lives, you have a choice, you can let it consume you, or you can figure out what is causing the stress and deal with it. It doesn't have to be a magickal fix. Try talking to friends and venting about your problems. Ask people close to you for advise. Meditation will help put things in perspective. But in the end its up to you. Are you going to let stress run your life. Go out have fun and don't think about it for awhile. I'm going to bet you after a while the stress won't feel so overwhelming. Also don't dwell on it. Go about your daily activities.
