one thing I've learned is that you should never make contact and ask them "what do you want" this might make them angry.
reason: in main cases spirit does not want to do anything and when you're making contact is it you that want some thing and not the spirits please keep that in mind. Normally when im making contact im instead asking: "is there anything you want to tell me/us".that is an alternative to them to get the necessary information.
