I see all of your points, and I know animals kill others for food and about how their can be no good without evil. I also agree with, whoever made the point about the abusive husband, that the wife is right to kill her husband.

but humans are not like animals,
every human even abused has no right to kill someone.

It is a horrible feeling to kill someone.

it depends on who you kill and for what reason.

To the original post, my question is, why must humans whine about the fact that things aren't always nice? It drags everyone down, we all have to live this life.

silky, there is a fine line between "not nice" and just plain sick, WE ARE HUMANS!! not evils twisted beings (like the black eyed people) but yet we don't act like it...

It is interesting that you consider the two to be mutually exclusive ;)

And this why Buddhism is cool.
