Trouble understanding??

Thanks everyone. I gave it another shot (twice). The first time I must have needed sleep bad, because I fell asleep and did not remember. The second time (yesterday morning) I approached my higher self, stated that I knew she was me. That she was part of me that knew all my past lives, my present and had access to all knowledge. I said I feel ready to embrace it, and was told it has to be taken in small steps. Arte you are right (at least for me) I had to let go of my past and become freed. Not fully emptied but not full either if that makes sense. I was not searching just for magic knowledge. I am a geek of all subjects.
