Brysing and Sappho it 'can' be done. Why it's NOT done is because not ALL witches 'know' how to do this. His grandpa knew the words to speak and did it 'within' the circle which is right. Don't discount what you haven't seen. Things like 'that' are NOT shared for the very reasons you gave. Which is why the rule about self gain in magic otherwise ALL witches would be 'rich'.....
indeed.. actually tibetan magicians do practice these so-called elemental manipulation/control.. some can do summon storms and someone can do levitate.. but these phenomena can't be done by just reciting spells because there are no such spells to control an element.. it is by energy manipulation you gain insights on how to do such things.. that is why satanists/luciferians have their so-called ascension of godforms in their ideology..
I'm not being a smart aleck, I'm just pointing out that coincidences really do happen. Just because you do A and then B happens, you cannot assume that A caused B. If I clap and I hear a goose honk in the distance, it would be irrational to assume that the two have some sort of causal relationship, even if I clapped with the most sincerest hope that I'd hear a goose respond.
You also cannot rely upon a single instance of unexpected weather as your proof - that happens frequently enough. Weather prediction is not some math-like science in which you have clearly defined elements in clearly defined relationships producing a clearly defined result. Weather prediction is an estimated guess based on incomplete data and understanding. I've recently had a scorchingly hot day that was predicted to be over-cast, a five-day downpour that was predicted as being fair, and a freaking tornado warning in a place that meteorologists had previously known had 0 risk of a tornado.
Even in scientific experiments, where a causal relationship is already known, experiments must be done several times over to prove that that the results are accurate, and are not some fluke (AKA, a coincidence). Even then, responsible teams of researchers will not then leap to the conclusion that A leads to B - they will do supplementary experiments in which details are altered so that they can establish that the cause really is A and not some sundry element associated with it.
So next time, instead of taking a probable coincidence at face value and then calling someone names for pointing this out, try science!
Ok elements produce a lot of energy. Energy that you can use to scry or other things. If one skilled manipulates that energy to do something in a sense there is a possibility that the element would react too. You have to remember that once it was impossible to talk with others at the speed of light and here we are doing that. so nothing is impossible it may just be rarer to see done
There is absolutely no reason to believe that there are no impossibilities.
That we have invented high-speed communication does not somehow mean it will now be possible for me to breath gaseous mercury instead of oxygen, turn into a werewolf, or conjure a delicious cheesecake from thin air.
The jump required to go from "we now communicate faster than was thought possible two hundred years ago" to "nothing is impossible" is absolutely phenomenal.
