Chi Manipulation

Close your eyes sit or lye in a comfortable position. Play a simple calming soothing tune in your head and open yourself up(just stay calm and alert). Now see a blue mist surrounding the area and coming into your glass like body and fill you up feel that and feel it surround you. Don't force it let it flow and feel it. That is the first step to manipulating: feeling.
