How can we do this in lucid dreaming

you can astral project to do this, but its hard. i've never astral projected.

Opening portals is not a good thing, as if you don't know what you're doing, other things can piggy back onto others that you call. This means evil can come through and raise all kinds of trouble. If you can't close it, don't open it. Simple...

Rikal, if you can lucid dream, you can leave your body while sleeping as well. This is a way to bi-pass needing to enter a deep trance to travel. It is also known as dream walking, and many times, people use this to not only travel, but also travel into the dreams of others. Everyone leaves their body while sleeping once in a while, if not every night. When it is done unconsciously it is called an out of body experience (OBE). You know you are experiencing an OBE and not a dream when the "dream" doesn't act like a dream but completely real. Usually you wake up feeling as though you actually did what you dreamed you did.

Well, I don't believe theres a way to actually physically go to another realm, though if there was I'd be there in a heartbeat and forget all about this place.
I use astral projection to do so, Usually while meditating or while I'm sleeping.
