i have known spirit move a man called bill medows who was deep in a trance state, they moved him from the cabinate to the middle of the room, four grown men did this first to prove how many men it would take and yet spirit did it in seconds its how you use energy and it takes many years of sitting for trance to be able to do this, i myself have been sitting 3 years and only managed a table to wobble, it takes a good five years and thats sitting daily as the energies need to blend

People are taking this the wrong way i'm not going to move a mountain i'm trying to be able a fork or anything around that size.

@whiteraven Agreed. And if you cant reach it w/your hands then u need a ladder. Like i said before you cant move heavy object. Its really hard just to levitate a card for a couple sec.

I know people can lift cards for more than a couple seconds and I meant out of reach like there is an abyss or something

You can do it and big stuff too but takes time!!! I moved an object when I was under attack (I was physically begin attacked by an ex) anyway I moved a object, like all powers they work around you emotions. We can do these things but we just have to believe, have patients and give it time. I any-one say's I'm wrong they can, don't bother me but when they've had an experience no-one could tell them there wrong! When you've experienced it for yourself no-one can say your wrong, just focus on yourself. Your get there. Study and read up on everything before you ever go doing anything including spells Good luck ;-)

Telekinesis is possible. The power of mind cannot be estimated. The human mind is powerful enough to move the objects. Spirits can move objects why can't me move them? It takes time because of the body we hold the spirit inside.
