You should cleanse your house with virgin oil that you prayed over or made it cleansing something alone those lines. I've always had demons bothering me. And it's best to fight them and tell them they're not welcome. Cleansing the house should make them go away though. Also make sure you guys don't sleep in the dark main cause of nightmares. Also there is always a sign in nightmares even demon filled ones that give you strength and have power. For me it has been a charm bracelet my mother gave me and a necklace I made. So look for them. Hope I helped. I'll send love and light

No one here mentioned...maybe your little sister just had a bad dream. Hey, clowns are scary! I used to dream of a wide array of "monsters" when I was little. If it becomes a reoccurring theme in her dreams, then I would begin to consider possible (but not definite) spiritual influencement.

Yeah that makes sense too. But either way. Don't play with ouija boards unless you know what you're doing even then it's dangerous

Finally, someone with common sense!
Yes, do not play with the board anymore. In fact, put it in the trash, so that it is not in your home anymore, and never touch one again. When you get good enough to use the board properly, you won't need to use it.
Lucid dreams are vivid and seam real, yet you know you are dreaming and can control them. It does not sound like she had any control over it, so it probably was just a nightmare. Talk to your sister, encourage her and tell her it was only a dream. And hope that some dark "demon" in her psyche was not awakened. Psychotherapy is not cheap. But, it is much better that it be part of her than an actual demon.

Shawn.

Well, the thing I personally know about 'Ouija' boards, is that there must be a way to use them. I made my own personal spirit board, with protective symbols, runes, a personal design, which is in honor of my path. I think it's quite creative, actually. I have a similar story to share about what your sister may be experiencing. Every spirit has its own personality. Not only that, they can smell fear. Some become stronger in their very own being, so to speak, when they feed off of fear.
When I use my spirit board, I have no problems, and I specifically ask for a specific spirit or entity that I know the name of. I usually smudge the area and my board, before I use it. I always light a candle. I always make sure everyone that is using the board is grounded and free of excess base emotions, because I think the users can bring in energies that can attract unwanted attention. If it is a first time user, I usually have him or her wear a protective talisman, because I remember my first time, using the board. I was a wreck.
I think most of using the spirit board is precautions and a level of respect. Nothing gets me more upset when one of the users, using my board, says something disrespectful, and I can feel the spirit get mad when this happens. Sometimes I provide an offering, because remember these are 'ancestor' spirits, although not all are direct ancestors, but I like to think all of the dead as respected ancestors, because one day we will join them. Sometimes, I think we carry negative energy that we need to clean, once in a while. This can be done by smudging, bathing, meditating; ect. I think there then is this mind set that we carry, that naturally sheds its own light of itself, either that we can naturally pick up on, subconsciously or consciously, and depending how that light resonates it speaks for itself. It sounds like a lesser spirit, of some sort, decided to makes its way to intervene on what I feel as someone who is of a pure light, because sometimes 'the outer-darkness' tends to try pull innocent people down to their level.
That is another thing. Young people, especially children, seem to be more susceptible to these outer-dark spirits, just because the young are vulnerable in their innocence. It is like, if I were a young child, would my mom and dad believe me if a monster kept coming to me at night? It was kind of like that time, when one of my sisters' life-size dolls came to life and wrestled me, one night. No one believed me at age 3. They naturally would think that I am just having a wild imagination or a bad dream, when in fact being overlooked and the odd number out, so to speak, speaks for a malignant spirit's predatory will. Predators don't like surprises and they like what is easiest to pick; they like what they can control.
I have had a spirit, that I communicated with through the board, who kept coming back to me, at various times, for various reasons that I understood, but his nature wasn't always the brightest of intentions. There were times when I would be sleeping and this spirit would try to inflict like the feeling of fear on me, and I would be able to see this spirit with my third eye, standing there in my room. I would see his spirit and his outline. Usually malignant spirits who pester people usually tend to see how savvy and how strong an individual is, before they just leave. They can come back, whenever they want, because when the person used the board, it sort of left a door open, so speak. That is just my opinion or theory. They usually leave a person alone, but if they stay and things become worse, there is usually a motive involved.
I think if one can understand a spirit board, in their own way, then they must be able to work with just about anything spiritual, because there are concepts involved, but that is just my opinion. You know, everything that we have usually costs something. That thing I said about how a person naturally resonates; spirits can see this very essence more acutely than the average person. If they see that the person is strong in will-power and resonates some sort of Merlin-like mage characteristic, then maybe that spirit will watch its boundaries. I always sleep with some stones underneath my pillow, for various reasons. You can imagine why. ;)

A lot of people like to reject the belief or fact that demons exist, because it naturally would shatter his or her sense of reality, when in fact, that such 'rationalities' are hard to come by as rational. It is the understanding of the metaphysical, the orders and somewhat how well a person is willing to put aside all biases, opinions that will bring him or her closer to understanding. For whatever reason a person would not want to believe that demons exist, is their own folly, but I say that with respects to one's own path. The thing about going to a shrink and being put on meds, I think will worsen a dilemma such as a demon terrorizing a person's dreams. It may work in the fact, that the person can gain the will to believe that what is happening is just something not to worry about, and that the person has power over such a 'fake' entity. Or the person can deny society's basic primal indoctrinated assumptions and go their own way, which ever that may be, but in the end, I hope through experience that the person truly finds his or her own way to 'truth.' HEY, I don't think grade school has taught me anything about metaphysical concepts. Another things. The thing about any sort of drug or alcohol, is that the use of them naturally breaks down a person's aura and leaves a person's mind more susceptible and open to spiritual things; such as, demons. I would have to say, that I would not want to use antidepressants, as an example, if I were so prescribed them, because I believe it is something that I would have to rely upon, when all my answers and hope in life, are right in front of me. Not to mention, that the tools that I have to manipulate my surroundings with and the energies that I can bestow upon myself, with those 'tools,' would and should suffice, in regards as a spell caster. Knowing and understanding that demons are around, brings that much more into the equation, as another variable and aspect to use or incorporate into my magickal regimen, as a spell caster. And that is not to say that I solely use demons in spells, or that demons are the reason to everything spiritually malignant or that they are solely malignant, but it is a culmination of many aspects that constantly support each other, as something into my own view of all things esoteric, as much as I can fathom of and about those things, both by experience and study, and in which seemingly seem to work for me, as a metaphysical worker, but it is needless say that there just may be something 'there'; nonetheless, I would rather prefer that no one would know of or about demons, even the simple notion that they do exist, because I would have more of a metaphysical playground and dominance, in some respects.
You see, I think every ceremonial magician and every savvy witch will say, that there are variables and concepts, in the metaphysical world. That very double-edged meaning to the word, occult, as much as it is a double-edge sword, in itself, is a concept and lesson of power through knowledge. Knowing and understanding another part of a world, that not very many seem to know about, not even myself, is another world, the metaphysical, that can always be manipulated in some sort of way and to some extent.
Maybe the demon was trying to say that it belonged to the 6th Legion of Hell! LOL! Just look at the 'initials.' U is Latin for V, and 'I' can be the Roman numeral 1. Put V and 'I' together, one would get the Roman numeral, VI. Which is, 6, if I am not mistaken. Remember some demons only state themselves as only, "Legion," apparently. LOL! Why would this be, hypothetically speaking? Well, because when a person knows the exact name of a demon, that person then can somehow, in some way, not that it is the 'right' way, can summon the demon at will. Then that of what I just mentioned, goes further as to exactly why that would be, and it would have to do with other concepts, which are debatable. Gosh, even amongst other fellow pagans, I just might be considered crazy. . . 'I am legion, for I am part of many!' LOL! You know, that actually makes sense in a way.
I would just go with the idea of getting rid of the board, if it causes too much trouble, but I tried to help with sharing some of my knowledge, and if the message doesn't come clear, it is still there. I think the spirit board is a great tool to come to terms with and use, because of the things one can learn, because the very situations that can come from it, which can sometimes. . . put a person to the test. I hope I helped, as much as I like to share, and it is in my best of wishes that I did.
Anyone know a song about demons, or of a song that speak to them that just may be about demons? Does anyone also know of any goods reads on demonology? A book on demonology.

I actually think that water cleaning does make sense felt this when I logged off last night. I dnt think u should mess with Ouija boards unless you really knew what u was doing. I've been a witch 4 28yrs but I would not mess with them but that's due to me not studding op on the Ouija board. I agree with a lot of contents of the comments that's been said.

I would suggest putting the board under flowing water, since that hurts and breaks most evil seals, and can seriously weaken most evil entities. afterward burn some white sage and sweet grass to purify your home and NEVER use a ouija board again, cuz they always bring trouble.

If you ever think about destroying the board, never break it or burn it in your home, or around it. Some say that leaves a portal open. Like it tares a portal open.
I think it would be smart to burn a spirit board where nobody really goes. Then everything should be fine. Remember, never destroy the board inside your home.
Yes, there are a lot of stories about spirit boards.
I like mine. It is homemade with a stainless steel pentacle as a planchette, and I only speak to my spirit guide through it.
I would just burn the thing, but if you want to pull a bad move on one of your enemies, you can break the board inside of their restroom, and throw the remains in the trashcan. You know, I would imagine that it wouldn't turn out good, but I guess it is one way to test a theory.
Yeah, I would just burn the darn thing, and cleanse my home afterwards. Hallelujah! ;)

No matter how you get rid of it, I would recommend cleansing your home afterwards, in the manner you feel is right.
Do NOT, however, break that board and leave it laying about to attract negativity to an enemy. It may work, but that negativity will also be visited back on you. Karma is real. Also, when you take on a student, on purpose or just by giving out information freely on a chat board, you accept the karmic responsibility for that student and what that student does with the information you provide. Something that Mr. Green obviously hasn't realized yet. Dispose of it properly and safely.

Shawn.
