your body. When it is complete, it will touch the nape of the neck and throat, the solar plexus and the generative organs, resting in the Earth just beneath your feet.

Now, visualize another shaft of that light, moving horizontally from just beyond your fingers on the other hand. At this point, because of natural body proportions, you will find an equal-armed Cross of Light centering your body at the solar plexus. Return to the light overhead, and bring a circle of light around your body. Begin above you, curve that light band around your fingertips on one hand, just beneath your feet and just pass the fingertips on the other hand, rejoining the sphere of light overhead.

As you work toward the light movement, concentrate on the centering of your bodies on all levels, the balance of right and left and yin and yang within your being. When you have encircled yourself with the light, you should find a more centered, calmed, and balanced frame of mind and spirit. As with any other exercise, the best results will come from frequent, serious application of the process and its purpose.

Finished the second portion of the 2nd technique where it broke off at the words "a continuous column down the center of." Sorry, for confusing anyone. The third and fourth technique are not as lengthy, but might take a few days as well. Once, again Thanks to everyone for their support:)

Thanks! Okay one question if I may. When do I know that I'm in a meditative state?

When you are in a meditative state, you will feel calm, balanced, alert. Your mind will be more focused and you will feel more awake.
