Well since you saw it killing some girl where you first saw it I would usually say it was trying to tell you something about the murder but it does nothing to follow up on that which is strange. Spirits dont do stuff for no reason though so there must be some reason behind that. And it ran instead of disappearing which is weird for a spirit especially since materializing uses up alot of energy so they like to conserve it. It also pushed the car down enough to cause an alarm which might mean its trying to show that its powerful enough to affect the material world to large extents, kind of like its showing off its power. If its always showing you things like murders, power displays, and its scaring you unlike other spirits it may be trying to assert dominance over you. If thats the case not being afraid and showing it is key. When trying to summon something, invoking or evoking, its best to surround the area with things it likes, represents, and may feel at home at. Since we dont know anything about the spirit we must guess at what we can. So far the only thing Iv noticed is it came out of the woods a few times. If your serious about this, you could camp out in the woods a for a few days alone and try to summon it every night while holding its image in your head the whole time. If you see it and its looks are what is scaring you you could ask it to take a less scary form. Just remember to try hard to stay calm while speaking to it if you can. I dont really know what to use as other things to attract it since I dont know what it is but as creepy as it may sound you could make a small doll of it as accurate as you can make, and see if it helps it come forward. Spirits wouldnt follow you around that long just to say your connected so it wants more out of you. It seems like it wants to talk before doing whatever its goal may be from what it said about being connected. If it just wanted to ruin you it wouldnt want to talk. So I dont know why its not coming to your summons. Since it takes long periods of time to visit you may not be able to say if anything else happens on this post but if that is the case please make a new thread and explain what happened because this is very interesting. Also maybe it takes so long because it needs time to recover energy after doing such physical things so even though it already takes a lot of energy to summon things you might need even more for it since its exhausted. Extra offerings and extra meditation before the summons might help. Also maybe since you know so little about it your having trouble calling it. Im sure youve tried visualization during summoning but more practice with visualization so you can see it even clearer might help. You dont know what all of it looks like but whatever you can is good especially the face. When your visualizing it get deeper in think about what it probably feels like to touch, what it feels like to be around it, the temperature around it, and really focus on having and feeling a connection with it. And if you do the thing with the woods I suggested be careful and of more than spirits, woods can be dangerous. You dont really have to camp for several days just a summons there at midnight would be fine just not as good. More safe though. Sorry for the long post, just trying to help where I can and good luck I admire your courage in trying to learn about this entity.
I have tried to summon it at the tree line were I saw it when I was 19, but I have never done so alone. I must admit the thought of facing it alone is fairly nervewrecking. I think I may need to though but I do not know if I am ready quite yet. As I have said, I have dealt with several entities and this one is just so different. It feels like its on a different level if that makes any sense. It always feels near when I try to summon it, but it seems to refuse to show itself. When it chooses to show itself it is almost always unexpected.
I still dont know why I am so afraid of it. It defies my normal way of viewing the paranormal. Still you make A good point and if anything happens I shall try to post it.

I know someone who had a similar problem to what you described, though the entity used different tactics than the one you describe, it had attached itself to someone I know back when they were a child. I caused things to happen around her and did things to please her, but I have found that such entities be they demons or otherwise usually have their own agenda, the one I mentioned was trying to affect the development of her soul so it could harvest it at the right time (I put a stop to that, though it took a few years, though I still worry about it coming back). First off, what I can tell you from what I know is that while demons and other similar entities don't lie, they have ways of working around the truth, with the entity I had dealt with, It had given a name, but it wasn't its real name just an alias it used. To find out what it's after put together all of your encounters with it, as many as you can remember, and try to find the things that they all have in common, this should give you a clue as to what its intentions are, though my theory (which could be wrong) is that its feeding off of your terror of it, essentially you have become its favorite food, so to speak. One multipurpose defense that should help against the paralyzing terror it afflicts you with is a piece of purple amethyst, which helps with psychic protection, and to enhance its properties, cleanse it with spring water before the full moon and let it bathe in the light of the full moon (you don't have to, but it does help)
If you dont feel ready then dont be afraid to take time and get ready. You really dont even need to do this, if you wanted their are plenty of ways to keep it away. If you feel like your ready to summon it alone doing so would be good, but otherwise you shouldnt dismiss the feeling you have. And yeah I would suggest doing what Skywing said, you really need to take care of that paralyzing fear. Also you said when you summon it you can feel its presence but not see it. That often happens when you summon spirits so try asking it questions anyway and if it isnt answering try again another day or tell it to tell you in your dreams or the astral.
Patience and caution are your best tools regardless of what you decide to do. Do what you feel is right, but make preparations for the worst just in case. In the case of the being that I had dealt with, it only revealed its true nature once we found out what it was after, and it had been following the person I was helping for years (since they were a little kid, I have forgotten how old they said they were when it first contacted them). If it does have ill intent towards you things could get pretty bad like it did for us, but I can't say for sure what will happen, no two entities are exactly alike so this one will probably react differently once you find its motive/reason for being tied to you, whether things go smoothly or go badly depends on so many unknown factors that it's hard to tell. It's better to be a little over prepared than to come up short in a moment of need
skywing, I agree patience and planning are prudent. I am trying to get some grasp of what this entity wants and it bugs me that the information eludes me.
Dark moon, your theory is interesting and it may be as such. It has crossed my mind many times that It may not be a demon just from its habits. The only thing I am not sure of is the offering part. Giving an offering before I know its intentions could lead to very negitive consequences. It may lend it power to do harm. One thing that does support your idea is that it has done little real harm besides making me lose sleep. I feel that after all this time it would have had its chance if it wished harm. all in all it gives much to think about.

At age 7 it made its contact with you. You didn't see it again until around puberty. Then every two years after that. In December you will become a 21, and a Man. Look for another visit at this time. But this time you will get answers.
