Last night I did a spell.

Sounds like you didn't ground yourself good enough after you were done. That happens to a lot of people. Just take your time and make sure you return all the energy you used back to the earth.

How do you return the energy back into Earth?

I totally messed up this spell because I'm supposed to repeat it every Monday night while the moon is waxing, but I didn't get home until late at night last night and my cat got stuck in a small space and it took hours to get her out and was very stressful. I wasn't in the right mindset after that and felt so tired I passed out. I guess I'll try again next new moon :/
