this is the problem. You cannot be a christain witch. Exodus 22:18 "Thou shalt not suffer a sorceress to live" and if you are a christain you take the bible as nothing but the truth since it is the word of "god" Im very anti-christainty but i cant stand people who take the part of one religion that they agree with and put it with another one. It doesnt work that way... Sorry

No, you do not need to take the bible as absolute truth to be a Christian. There are many Christians who do not follow the bible as absolute truth, many who find the magic within the book itself and many who are open minded enough to accept rather than protest.
This is something between the person and their God. No one else.
Telling a Christian what they have to believe based on your own mental hang ups is ridiculous especially when you aren't even of the faith.
I'm fairly sure no one here likes to be told what they "have" to believe, so I don't know why they would do it to others.
Whitchcraft is a practice and Christianity is a religion I don't see why you can't do both. You can find a meeting point between the craft and yourbpersonal beliefs

I use to be "Christian" and I will put it in a much more Christian light.
Witches were once/are "healers" and very devoted Christians. Witchcraft uses natural remedies. God put that on the earth, natives used those remedies for the longest time. The Bible is more directed to divination and messing with spirits as the "occult" and "damming". Therefore I think you are fine if you stay away from the spirit aspect and stay with herbalism and be a healer like you stated.(Imagine you are a doctor) Good Luck!
Yes thank you. It did help. Most people that have commented have said basically the same thing. Believe in God and do your magic in His name and you will be a Christian witch and it will be ok. As I see it a miracle is achieved through magic I suppose so if God is allowed to do magic and not condem himself to hell...why should I or any other Christian Witch not be ok? We are to follow His example in everything are we not? And as long as I am not using my magic for evil means then I am not evil. I plan to use my magic to help people. Mainly healing and protection. Any thing a friend is having a hard time with? I can pray to God for these things anyway so why is it bad to use magic in His name to achieve the same results?
No I am not a Doctor...but that is kinda close. I am actually a nurses assistant. The whole time when I was in school everyone was like I wanna be a nurse...I was like that isn't for me. lol. Well then I had my son which made me think that I would love that line of work after all. Well then after that I had been working and realized what I did since I was a kid giving money for those in need, bell ringers, children's hospitals, and any donation jars around town. I always wanted to help people. Which then I thought back to myself in high school and wondered why it took me so long to realize what kind of work I was meant to do. Basically it is the same thing with my magic. I want to use it for helping people. And yes healing...healing is kinda the job I have anyway. I was planning on focusing my magic on that.
The bible has no "set" way to worship, Martin Luther pointed that out against the catholic church during the reformation. If you aren't turning away from God, and you are honoring him. Giving him thanks for your success. How can he be mad? It's similar to a pope clearing your sins. In case you don't remember Christianity started as Roman Catholic and the Romans and Greeks practiced forms of "witchcraft" with candles and such.
First never let anyone tell you that the path you are desiring is not logical or contradictory. There are many scriptures that work together with faiths or religions with magickal overtones. We must remember that the Bible was put together and translated by man. The books in the bible were chosen by a council of indecisive men who fought and argued everything from Jesus's divinity to laws and doctrine
Though the term witch is preconceived as evil and in biblical times much worse, we have to remember the times and to the interpretation of what the term witch meant. Lables are rough because people place judgment on the preconceived definition of what they understand to your practice when your practice may not really line up with their incorrect idea of what you do. ( If they makes sense)
