He spelled his name that way because it is apparently the gaelic form of Alexander, which was his second name and the name which people referred to him as a child- he was called "Alick" for short and he hated it. He gives an analysis of why this name is better in terms of sounds of the English language....it is rather boring to read.

Hexagram / I find fault with anyone who post their version of truth as fact. Further you have been here what? A few days and you are trying to school Seasoned Magical Practicioners who have followed Magic their entire lives because you found a symbol matches mathmatics? How are you a credible source?

Mindless, you are correct! There is nothing on his profile.No indication of knowledge, competence, experience. Not even his age!
He could be a 13 year old copying everything he sees on Wikipedia.
The point I have been trying to get at all through this thread, is that Hexagram may have read a few books. But actually he knows very little. But he has the right to post! I was trying to point out, especially to the young, that his posts should not be taken very seriously.

And also his other post about mathematics.

He actually made some pretty bold assertions in his posts. I followed them out of curiosity and entertainment value. Sounds more like the plot to the next Da Vinci code movie. Although not in any comprehensible or rational order though.

I agree 100%. At least when I question Senior Members of this site it is so I can learn from their years of wisdom. I hope Hexagrams disrepectful know it all attitude is nothing more than a failed attempt at an April Fools prank. Very sad if he believes the nonsense he spews.
