you visulize what you want to heal now and how it is now then visulise you kniting it back together slowly one thread of mucle at a time. it takes a lot of practic and on top of that even if you have gotten it down perfectly it still takes time but the end results are amazing.

wanna kno how i heal? i hold my hands over the place that needs healig and visulize my energy goes from my hands and heal the other person. thats why its good practicing making a psi ball. i can teach you what i know on msn. im lisasoe@online.no add me ok?

i didnt know that you could heal other people with energy healing i will have to try it some time.

its not as easy as it sounds, so it might not work the first time.
