Curse

Do not believe anyone who tells you that you are cursed. They are planting a seed of doubt in your mind and you will start to believe it. Small things will start to go wrong and this will reinforce your belief. You are not cursed! Do not pay anyone money to remove it.
Learn how to cleanse and shield yourself. Do something proactive like make yourself a talisman to protect yourself.
Learn how to meditate and clear your mind. Imagine yourself being surrounded by mirrors so negative energy bounces off you. Or imagine yourself covered by a clock of invisibility, I'll do that if I see someone that I don't want to talk too.

The whole thing really does sound like a scam. I know it's scary, but the power of suggestion can make you unknowingly curse yourself. Try a cleansing and protection and tell yourself it worked [meaning, don't assume every bad thing is because you're cursed and the cleansing didn't work.
