My guide to the astral

Thank you, So like a sacred space? I was told by many that if you have enough focus you can actually raise it to astral, How difficult would that be?

. I AP'D a week or two ago for the first time, trying for two years! and I never had a destination or anything in mind. when I achieved this, I was in a very small white room with some sort of black thing in front of me. wow, I really thank you for posting this, I will now follow your guide ND do this as I have so much energy and I use it for nothing.
