I think that really depends on you and how the beliefs balance. There are some people who are wiccan and another religion, and there are those who would say that you cannot be. Since it is what you believe that is the key, only you can make the final call. Just be prepared that some people in both 'camps' will say you have to chose.

Also remember that you can be interested and a practitioner of magic and spells and not be wiccan, wicca is just one belief system within the spectrum of beliefs.

If you're a Christian then yes. Unless of course you align with Christian Wicca(Christian Witchcraft as i'd rather have them call it). Just look it up.

Wicca isn't spellwork, it's a religion which happens to incorporate magical practice into the religion itself. Wicca is not something you are born being, you have to actively decide you want to convert to the Wiccan religion. You become a Wiccan by studying the religion, practicing the religion, and dedicating yourself to the Gods of Wicca.

You don't have to be Wiccan in order to practice magic. Anyone of any religion can do that. So don't worry about whether you are Wiccan or not unless you decide that you want to join the religion

Also how can u tell that someone in ur bloodline was wiccan? (My ansestors)

just ask your family unless they have books or insignias in their pictures or on their graves that help identify this magical connection

Remember too that Wicca is a modern religion and is only about 60 years old. So in all probability, if anyone in your family was Wiccan they wouldn't be much older than your grandparents.

And remember as well that just because someone in your family tree was Wiccan does not make you Wiccan.

You could also try divination to figure out your past.
