What is a Psi bal?

Psi balls is a common energy exercise popular with beginners. It's not very useful besides understanding how energy feels to you. This is just one of the many things beginners catch their eye to, right along side "finding your element."

Wait, I always thought that was a fantasy thing. Psi Ball is an actual real thing? Seriously?

Yes, it is a real thing, and fairly simple to do. It is one of the first techniques that any beginner in psionics should learn. Most techniques in psionics actually branch off from the psi ball.

Psi balls are nothing more than a simple energy exercise that allows you to sense the energetic field (or aura) that surrounds each of us. There is nothing inherently magical about it. And beyond being able to learn how to sense energy it really has no practical usages.

Ok. Feeling our own energy fields. So not that fantasy garbage of forming balls of light and moving them about for magical purposes. There is where I was confused. I have done energy exercises as part of a lesson a Healer friend wanted me to do. She just never used Psi Ball as to define it.

Psi balls (energy balls) can be used for a variety of things. Many times they are used in healing, although they are rarely called by that name. They can also be used as an offensive weapon if you need to defend yourself magically. When used as a weapon they are normally combined with an element (the ball as the base, wrap the element around that, then another layer of energy; repeat as many times as you want/need to). This is very useful if you have an entity hanging around your house, or wherever, that doesn't want to leave when you tell it to.

A psi ball is a ball of energy.

They are quite simple to make,

you might need to look in to grounding

and centering. Grounding and centering

is an important thing to do before you make

one. Psi energy is not limited to ball form,

most spirits are made of psi energy.
