I think its more of the movies getting to you. Your own mind is playing tricks on you. I know a quite abandoned cabin in the woods seems scary but try to simply enjoy the peace and quite for now.

If there's no phone service, how did you post this on the internet? The cabin has Wi-Fi but no phone?

The main thing about all of these "sicknesses" is that it's all in your head, most of the time. Just forget about them and they will probably all go away soon.

If an animal like a rat, die there the gases may have affected you or even a small gas leaked.
