Storm Summoning?

No, you cannot summon a storm. There are those who claim to have done it.But they didn't really summon up a storm. The storm would have come anyway!

You can't summon a storm or control the weather but you can influence it,however if the season/time isn't right for what you want to "bring" it is not possible like in desert you can't cast a spell to snow.But remember sometimes is possible to be a coincidence.

Hi, you could call me crazy, but I can ask rain to stop. I always use it if I don't have umbrella, just for a short period of time, until I am back home. It works every time for at least 5 years, it just can't be so many accidental perfect timings :D

But I have never asked to rain, so can't comment on that :D

This is nonsense! Nobody can control the weather,no spells, no magic. You cast a spell for rain, and it rains. Big deal! It would have rained anyway. You should study weather patterns.

One can work with weather patterns a bit, but you cannot simply create weather or summon up a storm at will.

I am going too have disagree with you on this topic . Yes you can Summon a storm .You have too know what you are doing The more you put in too this the more things happen. ( It's like this say it's summer time it's really hot out side . You say too you're self or others I wish there was a breath. Next thing you know there's a breeze. The same thing with storms .

Enchanttin, weather spells don't work. You can't change weather, just let weather be and do it's thing.
