I am curious about crystal grids, but they seem so complex.

Usually I just wear or carry around crystals, sometimes I add them to spell bags and mojo bags but not often.

I keep my blue calcite close to me to help me in school.

I use my Labradorite and Galaxite to help remember my dreams and help them become more vivid. I offered rose Quartz to Aprhodite before, and actually have a piece that's carved into an eagle that represents both Zeus and Aphrodite at once, since I considered them the deities that I worked with/revered the most.

I have amber, which I use when I am doing deep trance of seidhr. I use amethyst in conjunction with lavender and soothing tea and such when I'm trying to sleep or hoping to influence my dreams in some way. I use a lot ofclear quartz for various reasons, mainly just depending on what I'm doing. Typically I use crystals now when moving energy or storing it. I've been working on learning more about crystal grids and healing with crystals, so I haven't got terribly far into that but it's been a focus of mine.

I'm trying to find some amythest to help with my asthma. it's been getting really bad lately.

I mean to the point where I've considered it being a genuine heart issue and maybe it is.

I currently have a small offering bowl filled with my raw gemstones. They're cleansed, and charged and ready for use. Among those, I have:

  • A selenite wand
  • Carnelian
  • Blue Calcite
  • Aqua Aura Quartz

Satyr , I couldn't help but notice your look for crystals. Unfortunately I do not think their are any amethyst to help with asthma or heart problems, but I do know others ..
Heart Problems: Honduras-Opal, Ophicalcite, Gold Othoclase, Pink Petalite, Red Amber, Ammolite (recommended), Pink Calcite/Mangano Clacite (recommended and readily available) , Fire Opal, Pink Fluorite

Breathing problems: Agatised Coral, Clear Quartz (eases constrictions and breathing, readily available)

Asthma: Gold Quartz/Tigers Eye Quartz(acute asthma attacks), Tiger's Eye(relieves asthma, common), Tiger's Eye with Falcon's Eye (this is one crystal despite the name. Acute asthma attacks. Readily available)

All of the crystals are scarce or rare except for the ones I stated other wise.

My Runes are made of amethyst. I like the crystal a lot,not really sure why exactly. I wear it in a ring,I read somewhere that you could filter through empath "feelings" better with amethyst . Like even block yourself from hearing it all.....

I use a lot of quartz crystal in my herbal sachets and as amulets.

I have rose quartz, hemite, amethyst sun stone, carnelian, sodalite, tiger's eye, moss agate, and a few others as well. I use these in energy healing to help direct energy flow through the chakras.

I usually do it for aesthetics and I just place them where ever and how ever it seems to feel right I suppose. I also love those worry stones (but they can be made out of anything, especially crystal, just as long as they are oval and smooth and can fit in your palms)
They're fun to rub and fiddle with in one hand when I walk or do other things that don't require my hands per se, and they help me with anxiety and bad thoughts and help me keep busy even though I'm not being productive at all.

For magick I usually use crystals to help charge energies for when I need to use them in or before or after rituals or so on, so forth.
