I may explain some things:
-Dark time depression, we who live in the north know that in the winter the dark time is very long, and its been proved that it causes depression.
-Sauna: its a part of most houses in finland, a place where you go naked and theres about 80* celcius hot. usually with family, but many go with friends there too, after shower.
-And in this joke its the Ev.Lut. Christians god...
