astral projection vs Etheric projection and OBE's

in a nutshell, to anyone who reads this who may have found previous posts a bit complicated, astral projection is projecting your consciousness somewhere outside of your physical body.

I projected ethericaly once and it hurt like 3 days in hell together lol...after the pain has stopped i could only manage to stay out of my body for a few seconds. The pain was paralyzing and i could still feel my primary body but i JUST couldn't snap back...it happens from time to time but everytime it happens less pain is present...this happens easily but i just can't project astrally...any advice on this? I've been trying all the mothods i could find to project astrall for over 4 years and still no luck.

I have tried the Monroe technique many times and i never get past the hypnagogic stage! I always just give up and do somethings because absolutely nothing ever happens! Is there anything i can do that works?

Hmmm... so really I have been studying etheric projection,at least for the most part anyways.

my 3 yr old grandson whom live with me mostly nloved me more than the world was taken by parents to phenix Arizona I live in the crystal coast n.c. ive had no contact. ive seen my grandson here 2 x. also his bed is layed on all his stuff animals n pillows r n floor toys r played w I can hear them. my puppies have been in his oom playing w someone n the tv has turned to toddler tunes on me. how is he coming here hee is alive.

Last night I had an extremely strange dream - I dreamed that I was being captured and confronted by German Nazis in the 1940s

It was absolutely frightening and so so real. In my dream I knew that they were speaking German to me and I was responding back in German, but I could understand it in my own language.

I was to be sent to a concentration camp, but that is all I knew. I was so scared and expected the worst to come. The interrogation was violent and very disrespecting the way they asked me question and spoke to me. I felt like nothing. I was instructed to take off my clothes and that is when I woke up from the dream.

Since it felt so real I realized this morning that I could have been Astral Projecting. But than again I was also taken back into time... Is that even possible with astral projection, or was it past life experience.

I realize that it could have just been a normal nightmare. But than I would have associated it with something I've seen on tv lately or maybe from a book or conversation I recently had. But I have not had any of these. Having a world war Nazi dream was quite bizarre. For the record I am not Jewish or European. I do have a Paternal Great-Great Grand Father in my gene pool who had Jewish roots.

What is your views on this?

i etheric projrcted myself last night.i meditated as usual than longer like 3hours or something and went on to sleep. i woke up suddenly hearing kids voices from the window. i saw my brother besides me sleeping and vibrating.i thought he was having nightmares.i tried to eeach and comfort him.but my body felt so heavy i couldn't move. the gravitational force was pulling me so hard.i grabbed him out of fear and paniciked. when i grabbed him i pulled him and it was his soul or something alike him i was shocked.now i understand that i had just grabbed his soul or a form while i was in etheric plane.i tried to walk but pullung towards earth was much heavier. i saw a huge black muddy chord behind me when i looked behind. i wanted to wake up but couldn't but tried hard.i woke up in my body but couldn't move.only eyelids open.drifted of to sleep again.after a moments i projected myself second times i couldn't control it.this time fully aware i tried to float or fly but the pull towards beneath was hard like before.my legs were actually getting drowned down.i tried to turn on the light but i actually let my hands went thrue the switch.and was horrified again. but it ended quickly. i was up again.my eyelids too heavy wanting to project again but i didnt want to.and this time only my hands were projected in front my eyes and i could see them actually but my other limbs were numb but i could tell the difference. i let my hands go into there places and consciously slept and woke up and stayed wake for a while with the fear of projecting again.ill forever remember this because it wasn't my usual lucid i was in my room nothing changed everything was eerie and calm.i know i was not astral projecting bcz i had my human self and thoughts behaviour.but i also didnt know this could actually happen.
