I want to make a psi ball

for me I visualise a ball creating in my hand and a source of energy (elements, sun, moon, you ect.)Then a white stream coming down from the source and coming to the ball. I feel the water sometimes, the space used and the heat sometimes. Then sometimes i throw it and see what affect it makes but i put a shield round so nothing gets harmed

i started with rubbing my hands together. after about four seconds stop and CONSENTRATE on energy flowing from your dominant hand to your other slowly move your hands apart bit by bit, while doing this visualize a flow of energy going through the space between your hands kinda like a spark. start with the spark from the center of your palm, then as you move it farther out create more sparks from your hand. when i did this wasnt focusing on making a psi ball, but it allowd me to learn how to use my energy after my hands where about a 1/4 in away i started to feel a pressure imbitween my hands slowly building and pushing my hands further apart involuntarily. i believe this is a good way to start making a psi ball i tried just flat out making them before and no luck after awhile i did this and it helped me in making psi balls. ohh and on a side note when i was doing this my face got hot and flush if anybody could tell me whats going on there please tell me.
