I think so too. And I suspect that this concept of both serpends and dragons arrived in Ireland after it was Christianized and is not a belief of the pre-Christian Celts.

Dragons exist on the etheric plane. They can reincarnate into humans to come onto this plane. I wouod't attempt to connect to one because dragons like most spirutisl beings don't like random people connecting to them and if you do you leave a perfect trail for them to find you and attack you

Dragons do not exist on physical plane anymore.... Dragons are completely independant creatures...you can't just "have your own" Dragon. And I've heard they show up only to those who think they worth it. If they judge you "appropriate" for them, they may show themselves up to you.

That's also you may not able to connect with them.. If you want to do that through physical plane you should of course be able to contact spirits.
You can meet them through the Astral plane also, but there the experience may be a bit more realistic... I also believe it would be hard to find them through Astral too, because they may think you aren't worthed to meet them (I'm not saying that, that depends on their personal opinion), so they may not show up. If you go there or try to summon one with the intention "I want you to be my oet" I guarantee you 100% nothing will show up..they won't come.

And something else, a member said Dragonian magick is a spiritual practise... I'd like to add that by practising Dragonian magick, you worship the Dragons.
