you can attempt it. You most certainly will fail with a spell, the only thing that could even give you relation to what you want is BioKinesis. This is not an easy thing to learn, at it's core it is training your mind to adjust your cells to give what you want, also to alter others cells. You could Become a "mermaid" with this method, but, it will take several years of STRICT training to learn HOW to do it, and then it will take even more years to adjust your lungs and make gills to breath underwater. Then there is Joining your legs together and making scales. So yea you can become a mermaid, but it will take YEARS AND YEARS of practice. So i honestly see the hassle.

A spell will not work, i just gave you probably the only thing that would work. I would say good luck, but i honestly hope you don't go through with it.

Don't be so mean. If they want to try let them. What's the worst that can happen? Plus to the most of the world magic is rubbish. So just let them waist There time if they want to. It's not waisting yours unles you repeat it's fail.
