People these days don't have time to personally teach you. That is why covens on this site were created.

You don't need to learn how to read minds to have an eye for spotting what is real and what is not.

The best way to determine what on the site is real as opposed to role play and fantasy is to use common sense! If it involves mythological creatures or flying/teleporting, or shooting fireballs out of your hands then obviously the spell is invalid. Another thing to consider is how the spell or post is written. Does it appear to have been written by a mature individual or is it full of poor grammer, and even worse spelling? Those who are serious and knowledgeable about their craft tend to put in the time and effort to make their writings clear, concise, and literate. Consider these things when trying to determine if a spell is valid or just silly role play.
