Astral projection needs more patience. You should not exepct it. It's sometimes a natural process. Besides you said you have tried different techniques. You can also try a technique of your own.

I would agree, having your own methods could prove use. It does come naturally. I am surprised that you tried for this long and still have not Astral Projected. Maybe you need a teacher?

alright i have been trying that article for awhile i know it happens to us i do beleive it does but it doesnt really help the article i just tend to go into a daydream... any other advice?
