That is not true! I know from PERSONAL experience that astral dragons CAN hurt you, physically. I strongly suggest not even bothering with them, but if you want to, just be VERY careful.

um, i didn't say that, i said unless you SUMMON the dragon your physical self is fine. i'm speaking if he was in the ASTRAL and a dragon came up to him. if he was in the PHYSICAL and he came across an ASTRAL dragon, then yes he can be in danger. i know of plenty instances where people have been hurt and places even burn down as a result of a summoning gone wrong. but he was asking about astral dragons, so i answered as though he was in the astral.

Astral experiences do not have a massive influence on your physical body and your literal health.

The only connection between the astral body to the physical body is the metaphorical silver cords which basically connects the physical body to the astral form of body. It is the "line" between our body to the soul.

However, all the damage you can get in the physical body during astral travelling is only emotional and psychological. If something negative happens, you get back to your physical body without any physical damage. But there might be and emotional and a little psychological damage which is not permanent.

There is nothing to worry about. Enjoy your astral experiences and do it calmly.

I personally have never messed with astral dragons, but I deal with other astral beings on a regular basis, and there is one thing to make sure you do before ANY encounter with an astral being. You need to make sure that you not only know everything you can get your hands on about them, but you need to know how to gain respect in their eyes through showing respect (And knowing what to say to make them happy help too). Oh, and to be on the safe side, find a good spiritual defense to protect you in worst case scenarios. I personally like working a spiritual protection before projecting, then raising a golden breath shield around my astral body after projecting.

You can simply think of your body and come back to it in order to finish the astral travelling and the experience with the astral being.

The astral is an energetic exsitance. Energy can be easily rejected and sent away by stop thinking about the entities and thinking about your physical body, simple as it can be.

True, but sometimes it is worth the risk of not letting go to achieve your goal, so I like to make sure I am protected.

It is good to know you are protected although there is nothing to be afraid of, which is fair enough :-)

You all do know the astral realm is the mental realm, all of that's there is all in your mind and others mind. It's the realm where all consciousness comes together. The Ethereal plane is where dragons and such reside.
