Is it possible to curse yourself?

just a little comment I want to add here.... if you realize you have been cursed, it is easy to deal out. You don't have to wait for it to wear off. Simply direct the person's own energy back at them. Very simple.

Not trying to start nothing this is my way of curse breaking, simply refusing to believe in it. The basis of magic is pure thought, and the power of your own consciousness over you is stronger than anyones else’s. But your belief inthe power of your mind, and personal refusal of the curse must be 100% absolute. If you waver in any way then the curse will not be broken.My way of it.

Actually when involving magic, ignorance can be deadly. I you have no belief that the curse is affecting you, then your not protecting yourself. You are making yourself open to the curses destruction.

And thank you Mentis for this post, I was able to catch this at the right time. It seems someone my mother used to work for put something on her, I wasn't certain for sure but still put a shield around her just in case. And now that I know that something is up, i'm going to bind the attacker to her own offenses.

Yes, true, true, true and true! I can attest to a majority of all of these signs, in a way. Great to see that we are waking up.

I have and still am, only i haven't faced any financial difficulties or anything else listed, jest near unbearable pain when it acts up, itsquite aggressive overall.

how do you reverse it if you've been cursed?

I would like to know how to reverse a curse on ones self as well.
I'm pretty sure I have been cursed.
