there's also plenty of books you could read, but i don't want to give you any suggestions without knowing your path. Norse books don't do much good to someone following Greek now, do they?

Welcome to som. Meditation is a big part of magick. I suggest learning the basics first. There are a few covens that teach them.

I have been around magic my whole life, but I was taught by religious folk it was against (The God they worshiped) will for men. After being spiritually attacked by what I believed to be people wanting to harm me, wishing ill on me, cursing me, etc...I wised up and decided to protect my family. It is good you chose to believe. I grow more powerful with every new detail I've learned. Start picking up books. Rent them or buy them, they will help you very much.
