coven issues

Mckaen, a Roleplay is like acting online. There are two types of official roleplay:
*action; where people use the asterisks (or "stars" as some people call them) to separate an action from a speech. For example, *waves hello* would be an action whereas simply saying hi would be saying hello. In other words they don't use quotations, usually.
And then there is 'Author Style'; A more professional look where someone's action would look like this.
Ragnorok walked into the room(in roleplays the word 'room' is often used for threads) and sat in a corner, preparing to give his speech about how internet roleplays are generally done. "All right, there are two kinds of official roleplays..." (etc. etc.)

Now the problem with roleplay covens being on this site is that roleplays are generally unrealistic. They often take place in the past, the future, some fantasy world, and don't have accurate info within them. A roleplay coven would be different from a regular coven or roleplay because they wouldn't really be about teaching and they aren't specifically about roleplay. People who join would be given false information leading them to believe things that aren't true, such as how it is possible to be 'turned' or 'converted' into Vampirism by being bitten by a Vampire Bat. God, that annoys me...

Point is that because of how some people take these kinds of Covens seriously they get false info that is potentially deadly and the people giving the info tend to believe one of two things if their murder is unintentional: One is that the person wouldn't take it seriously because this site is all fake. Or, the person being given the information wouldn't take it seriously because he/she should know that it is a roleplay coven.

If neither of those two statements hold true then I would say the person giving the information is either delusional and needs some medication or the person is a little twisted and may enjoy hurting people. In which case he/she would still require some mental medical attention.

I do agree that we should be careful with witch covens we call out, some may simply be misinformed, but we should not hold our tongues for the sake of roleplay. I believe any roleplay coven we find should be called out so that everyone will know what they are about.

I agree that there should be a warning or label on each roleplaying coven on the homepage somewhere saying they are roleplaying.

Someone came up with this idea earlier in the thread. I agree with them, I think it should be required.

zarath called me a prick O_O.........GRRRR....but i am calm........so the whole thing was about him going to be being kicked out of deep arts and ehtanies reasons....

it all started asking for alliance with my coven, because (oh dear lord) he is making one, and i said that only if he gets 13 members and i feel it fits with mine......then he goes on one saying how people hate him, and said he knows i dislike him.....i said i dont dislike him...i just dont like the way he forces his views on people and that he is intellectually repugnant and told him maybe thats the reason why you were kicked out (before i read ehtanies thread).....he said he wasn't removed, he left to make his own.....but ehtanie told him to ask someone else bacause he was going to be removed....i was like fine ok....and kinda let it slip that there was a whole discussion on him....(yeah i know my bad....but people will get over it i hope).....he wanted to know what ehtanie said and i replied its none of my business because its between you both...he said no it isnt its mine...and wouldnt let it go......so i said fine and told him that all he wants is a council position and that he is a dummy basically.....i then said that he isnt intelligent and told him me and ehtanie tried to help but he wouldn't have it.....he then said yeah well you're not so intelligent either........i controlled my self and told him that at least i could spell intelligent and that not to pm me...and that i could've been his friend but he blew it...so this is the convo copied and pasted....

ME: "well at least i can spell intelligent, you know i would have been your friend if you weren't such a stuck up lil'........you blew it now zarath.....don't pm me anymore"

Zarath: "then shut up and leave me alone its a word deal with it prick"

i was furious and told him:

"have it as you would zarath, please do not pm me anymore with any comments or any language like that, or i will report you to a moderator for harassment..."

And now I must complain... this is how it happened with me, word for word.

Me: I am going to be removing a few members from my coven. Cleaning out if you will. I am afraid your name has come up on a few lists that I don't want hanging on my coven. As of next week you will most likely not belong to Deep Arts anymore.

Zarath: :( what have i done?

Me: Nothing in particular. I can't go into it so you'll have to take my word for it. You can't be here anylonger.

Zarath: sigh...whatever im making my own coven since you guys hate me for no reason

Me: We don't hate you. Or atleast i don't.

Zarath: then why was i disowned?

Me: Ha ha "disowned" I like that. Because you have a few problems that at first I was willing to help but it seems others have tried before. I'm sorry but you weren't exactly disowned yet. You left, lol.

Zarath: what problems were that and yes becuse i felt threatend what problems are you talking about?

Me: You felt threatened? | [

Zarath: of course?! how would you feel if someone in your coven just walked up and said we cant have you any longer? it doesnt feel that great

Me: I wouldn't feel threatened... I'd feel curious and probably a bit ticked. I know, it happened before to me ecept I had no in advance warning.

Zarath: can you at least tell me why i was being chosen to be kicked?

Me: I did, but you left before you had time to read any replies to your thread in our forums.

Zarath: oh...what did it say?

Me: Get someone else to read it to you...

Zarath: why cant you just tell me?

Me: I just wrote it, I don't feel like writing it again. I am not obligated to telling you my reasoning boy. Now back off before I add you to the blacklist after your first entry... You don't want tog et on yet another coven leader's bad side, do you?

Zarath: i made my own what did i do? see your being rude for no reason

Me: Rude? I have a short patience, and you've broken the line with your insulence. I am not being rude, you are with arrogance. Stand down. Don't argue with me. It's over and done with, you are out and you've apparently started your own. No turning back now.

Zarath: yeah i know fine be that way have a great life in hell!

Me now: He's an ass Dyriane... we need to get him gagged.

Maybe not gagged, but if we can stop him from making a Coven or somehow keep his Coven from growing I think we'd save many people from ignorance. Perhaps convince him to to use a misspelled name?

to late.....he has made a coven and to my knowledge there is nothing wrong with the grammer and he has 6 members...but he is blacklisted so even if he does get 13 members i vote we forbid him from here.....

and eht i have asked lady leviathan what can happen...she said he has to break a rule before hand....so i am scanning TOC to see if he did lol, if he sends me any more comments i will forward them to lady leviathan and she will gag him and if necessary start a banning process ^_^ LOL

the idea of roleplayer and their ''coven'' list is good. . lord sidonus is the first in line for the throne of RP. Revanous second. and let see. DarkDamsel in the 3rd place as she is the the ''loyal servant'' of dark dragon kingdom. zarath the forth. as the demon who have many demon and spirit. let see..... dragne. he sure make me want to smash his head in chat with him being the dark and evil god or demon or whatever he call with his brother photo. i cant save zarath too mylady. as he sure love power more than truth. eventhough he cant wield the power. lol.

oh. my bad. its black dragon empire. so much for empire with only 8 member and inactive forum. i think its just some club for roleplyer.

I do too. And I think we should talk to the few roleplayers that will admit it and see if they'll do us a favor and write it on the homepage at the least.
