How'd you discover magic?

Well, I first heard about Witchcraft about 3-4 years ago. A girl I meet and was friends with for a while was a very strong Witch, since her grandmother raised her as one.
She moved or something, and I havent seen her since. Ever since I heard her talk about Wicca, something just clicked in me. And I didn't know what really it was but something just told me that its perfect for me.

I finally decided it was for me about two years or so later. It was really strange getting out of the broom closet. My family took it very well, but a couple friends freaked out.

Ever since, I just feel, like I said earlier, really like I belong. Its so much of a great feeling for me, and I feel really happy with the path I've chosen.

I am from a strict christian background, most of family works in the church, 2 of which are priests, and i, unlike the rest of them, never felt at home in a church. I never felt gods presence like they said i would. So, i stumbled upon something interesting. Magick

Acutly it depends for me when you start defining it as magic. Around seven I was always into science and the idea of telekinesis appealed to me. Later on I started playing fantasy games (Dungeons & Dragons) for its creative ability. Eventualy my friend knew me well enough to trust me with a common magic wand, which in general could just be called a fancy enchanted stick. This version I left a part out of because I'm not supposed to post that kind of magic-based art on the internet.

Magic is real, even though i just started recently, please i need someone who can sincerely teach me magic, since i was young i've been dreaming that one day i'll know more about magic, anyone can teach me practical please,may around south africa, i'm eager and willing desperately!!

When i was younger i had a very odd pet cat. she was iroically black but on the underside of ona of her legs where no fur grew there was a symbol, very odd looking symbol. My mom said she believed it was a symbol for some spell and sais sbe wanted to learn witchcraft... well so did i. we neves did but here i am years down the road thirsting for true knowledge.

7 years old. Grew up in a drug/alcohol household. My mom went to her room with yet another guy. I heard loud noises and everything. Dug my head in my pillow (not understanding what was going on...) I had astrally projected since my full focus was on her and fell asleep.
Been astrally projecting since then (29 now) and continually experience and learn a lot of new things on the astral realm.

Since I was very young, I watched a lot of TV shows and films with magic in it. I was in kindergarten when I started loving Harry Potter (the films). Witches always fascinated me.

When I was in sixth grade, I formed a group, together with other three classmates (Each of us represented the founder of a house; I was Slytherin). We spoke everything HP-related. Finally, I gave them this site. We would go to the part of the school where there were a lot of trees and chose a wand-very childish(Hey, I was twelve). I also gave the site to two of my friends. One of them did a spell and I don't remember what it is but it so-called worked. All what we've been doing reached the ears of our adviser (I was enrolled in a private Catholic school). She started scolding us that it's wrong and all that. Clearly, she has not done her research. All she told us were gibberish. So, yes, I earned a reputation of being inclined to things like this, as I was the one leading them all. I was forced to stop going to this site, I felt it's like visiting the demon's website.

Time passed and I started doing more and more research. I now have the facts in my head and I shan't be harassed like that ever again. I now devote myself to studying further.

I was looking a paranormal forum website 1 month far.
I had clik paranormal studies.
I started to read the posts.Few were very funny but interesting.
A woman wrote who is thefting my dishes forks and knifes.She is living alone.
After jumping from few forums about Phantoms, Oboe photos, Evp recording.
I started to read some books about western magick.
I'm practicing from the start for educating my self.
The hard part now is exalating and inhalating colors but will come. ^^ And get up and wrote the dreams diary.Sometimes i forget how was the dream.:(
Still removing all old phantoms from my mind.

Since a child I had always witnessed that what I wanted to happen has always happened.As I grew up I started getting prophetic dreams in full blown colors, at times nightmares.These visions disturbed me since long but one day it stopped all together. I was happy but my happiness was short lived.I started seeing the unseen, I thought I was hallucinating. I visited doctors with no effect, no abnormality was detected.To focus myself I started meditation, then aura reading, I was much into meta physics, started understanding the elements of earth, the particulars and so on that is when I discovered Wicca and its way of living. I discovered some sense in me was immensely and unnaturally strong.When i get angry, my body kid of vibrates and i feel a energy rushing out from my palm, at times i feel like diverting it towards a subject. this makes me miserable, I dint wish to hurt anybody but things happen at times. After all witches are also like normal people with normal emotions..
