The best site I have ever seen on magick and other things is : wingmakers.co.nz

I was referred to this site and was amazed at how useful it was. You can browse through the site and find tons of interesting information like the very basics, to the arts of physical teleportation. The article is very long so if you want the very basics to be shortened, i'll tell you here. Any form of magick is the manifestaion of pure energy through yourself. You will/control the energy to do what you want it to do. Most people don't understand this and think that it's the words of a spell that do your bidding. The words of a spell are actually like a magick wand, it's only used to help you focus on the spell or channel the energy through something else, making it more accurate/powerful. I reccommend openening your chakras and then awakening your kundalini. This is why; kundalini is the divine power which gives you the ability to unlock your "siddhi powers", AKA the kinesis'. Whe only way to awaken your kundalini full, is by opening all of your chakras, including your third eye which is the main portal for your energy to exit your body. This process might take some time, but immediatly, you will feel that you can manifest energy easily through your body.Here are some more useful links:

Also one more thing. Do you need to have your third eye opened in order to do any kind of mind movement, rather its telekinesis etc..??? because mind is not open and i need to meditate more often.

yes, some people may disagree but i say that your third eye is the most important thing in telekinesis/hydrokinesis.

ok, so i need to meditate more to get my eye opened. which might take me a long time. because i have other things to do too. but i will try and find to meditate. :)

umm i need help too water is also my element but i dont kno how to meditate or anythin and i wanna impress everyone or save sea life :D

Well to impress people is hardly a reason to learn hyrdrokinesis much less any other form of kinetic power. What do you mean by you need "help" with hydrokinesis. Please be more specific and I'll be glad to help in any way possible.
