I agree with Nekoshema I myself am born under the Element of Water but i am more drawn to Air. But i have found that can change as you progress through the elements

my zodiac sign is virgo then wats my element.

Thing is - if we look at the Natal Chart (the diagram which shows us which planets were in which position when we were born, for those who don't know) - there are a multitude of elements, and also what state those elements are in (fixed, cardinal, mutable/fluid) that come into play. We are never just one element for our whole lives, the elements instead may present at different times (ie: alone/in a group, under pressure, playing music).

Further more, we're complex people with more forces at work within us than simply "I'm earth, so I can only be....".

Well i'm totally new here but i don't know wat my element is and anything else of what i need to cast spells pleas help me

You can go by birth sign as a starting point. However, you may not always connect with it at first. The best route to take is to go with what you're drawn to. For beginners I suggest using a visual aide like a candle flame for fire, or plant/rock for earth etc. During meditation feel out for the particular vibration for whatever element you are trying to connect with. I do recommend working with them all to figure out which one you're strongly in tune with. Sure it can be a slow process, but its a way to experiment to find which element you're most connected to.
