The "successful" spells that you are claiming to be successful, aren't. They are most likely pop-up storms or forcasted storms that were going to happen eventually. You can't change Mother Nature, and you certainly can't change the weather.
You aren't born with "weaker" or "stronger" magic. Everyone is born the same, and everyone will stay the same. Some are more developed than others, and some are more understanding of what magic is than others. But you certainly aren't born "stronger or weaker".
I believe that no one can manipulate/change the weather even if it is casted by a spell. As far as I know, weather changes anytime at the troposphere so that means any time could change the weather. So that means if you cast a "Make it rain" spell and It rained, It is really a pure coincidence.
On the note of "magic power" some people seem to have a natural affinity for the occult while others have to work harder at it. Practice can help to expand on what you can do.
Most likely if you do a weather spell and the weather changed, it was coincedence. Believe what you will on it though. I wont state one way or another simply because I have not seen proof.
Okay, thank you. Sorry if I seem needy but, what about other stuff like hydrokinesis and aerokinesis, is that still not really magic or is it? Sorry, I'm still pretty little and I have had all these questions bottled up
well weather spells are a grey area as some feel it's too much power for one person to have, yet others feel you're working with forces and nature which would make it possible, but that's neither here nor there.
i wouldn't say magick 'matures' but the caster does. think of it this way, if you stick to reading 'Go Dog Go' and other simple kids books your whole life, if you are suddenly thrown 'The Picture of Dorian Gray' and told to read it, even though you could read 'Go Dog Go' in under 5 minutes with no trouble, you would struggle to read the more complicated book. you should get use to magick, learn and cast 'beginner' spells, and slowly build yourself up as you get better with magick. as you mature, your understanding and connection with this energy grows with you. if you stick to one spell, or never try to improve you stagnate, not the magick, since it's always flowing, you should get back into study and practice. start with energy work [shielding, charging, centering, grounding, psi balls] and once you feel confident, try simple spells.
granted you should understand magick isn't instant or straight forward. if you cast a spell for money, it won't rain cash after you finish the spell, but you might be walking down the street and find 5$, or you could be qualified for a credit card. you might be expecting someone to hand you 100$ no questions asked, but it was granted as the credit card. [another example i've been told is, someone asks for a lot of money fast, a few weeks later their mother dies but her insurance plans is made out to them. think before you cast and be specific. even the best intentions could harm another.]
I was born being able to see and hear things that most others cannot and let me tell you this...you have to learn to control things. When I was a child I had a real issue with blowing light bulbs and fuses in the home when I would get angry or upset. I had to learn to control this. I know that controlling the weather does not work because I tried that over and over again as a child. I would try so hard for a snow day or two and it never worked. If you really feel strongly in trying spells and things like that then you need to focus your time and energy on other types of spells. The first spell I ever tried was a truth spell when I was 9 years old. It worked too well and I found out that I am not the only one in my family that is the way that I am. That was something that was very helpful to me. As I have gotten older I have been able to do more and the things that I can do are much stronger. If you have a gift then you need to love it and help it along the way. The mind is a wonderful and powerful thing and if you work with it and strengthen it good things will come from that power.
