Wait...are you saying you just changed what the clock was reading? That's not Chronokinesis...that has nothing to do with time, that's a manipulation of the clock. That has nothing to do with Time.

Changing the speed of second hands isn't time manipulation, your manipulating the speed instead. Still a worthy skill, work with it...you could get some good power out of that.
