The evilest act one can do is simply to steal happiness and peace from someone's life without a justified cause for doing so. That covers everything from stealing a baby's candy to murdering a city of innocents. :)
To be more specific; I think the evilest act an individual can do would be to entirely ruin a large number of people's lives to the point where these people feel no reason for living and so end their own lives, doing your murderous work for you.
Take the spirt of every human,creature,life force.. ect ect..
and seal it in a jar. Throw it onto the highest mountain(where you can get it) then take everyones lifeless body and nail it against the wall or impale them on a stick or put them into a chamber with no windows and no doors. Then take the jar open it and watch all of the filthy little humans scream!!SCREAM LITTLE WHELPS!!SCREAM!!!
Then select a few people save them and treat them like kings and queens. Then in their sleep you chain them up(stipped down) into a lifeless stonecold chamber... Put them all on a rack and tear their pathetic little limbs apart!! Finally blow the planet up and find another planet, sell the people there for profit and make slaves for you only.-G0thic

That won't really work.

Assuming you somehow managed to get the first part to work; throwing it on the mountain would be a pointless effort and the throw could break the jar. For the bodies, as you mentioned yourself, they are lifeless so this is pointless as well.

The Spirits wouldn't be screaming. If you are under the impression that what happens to the bodies would cause them to scream, you are wrong. Although the corpse may hold sentimental value to the Spirit, they are no longer connected so what happens to the body has no physical/painful affect on that which can not feel pain and has no physical form.

By this time they would either be gone, attempting to be gone, or plotting revenge. This action would be unwise.

Skipping the rest of what was mentioned, you have a nice concept. Torture, kill, resurrect, torture, kill, resurrect; nice.

Somehow I don't think this part would work out to well and I don't see the point in destroying an already wasted planet, but ok. Who would buy the corpses though?
