You are opening the energy centers by this. That's why you feel like you do. Notice the tingling in your body areas. And yes breathing is very important. Make sure to breath. Try to be as natural as you can.

my legs r very loosened now and its bringing a tingleing feeling upward now but what is the next one? if its ok to know n_n

Now get down into a pushup position and hold fully at the top. Now lower to a half pushup and hold. Now lower to your belly.

i did what you said and well my breathingbwas lil hard then it eased and then my stomach to chest started relaxing and my neck and head felt tinglely did it open another pool of energy? whats the next one that 1 was lil easier but more intense what yoga exersize do i do next?

From push up bend at waist and lift Burt into air. Keep feet planted and legs straight. Keep arms planted and straight. Head pointed in line with arms. This is downward facing dog.

First yoga is a form of movement meditation. You build mind focus and discipline through its poses. Second it builds physical strength and stamina not to mention flexibility. Also it promotes the flow of energy through the body . This same pose structure is used in Wu Shu to train internal force for combat. The sequence of poses works to open the chakras in sequence. So mountin would work with the navel chakra and so on.

i did them in order my body is numb and tingly from the waist dow the waist up is warm and tingly what next i feel good the last one was getting difficult whats next?
